Bryce Johnson is making the festival circuit this year as the star of two new independent films. In Sami Boy/HIS Entertainment's Home Of Phobia, Bryce plays preppy fraternity president Tazwell Thomas, who becomes involved in a twisted love triangle where one of the suitors lies about his sexuality in order to win the girl's affection. Bryce will also star as Harry in Antarctic Pictures' Harry And Max, a film about the stormy relationship between two rock star brothers.On the small screen, Bryce is set to play Jake Morgan, a deceased son whose spirit continues to watch over his close-knit family, in 20th Century Fox's new one-hour drama, "Still Life." Raised in Denver, Colorado, Bryce was captain of his high school's golf and soccer teams as well as senior class president. It was in high school that he first realized his love for acting. After graduation and a brief move with his mother to Sioux City, Iowa, Bryce packed his belongings into his car and headed for Los Angeles. The attractive and charismatic young actor soon landed the role of Josh Ford on "Popular" which led to numerous guest appearances on hit television series, such as "Gilmore Girls," "Dawson's Creek" and MTV's "Undressed." Bryce's other film credits include the independent film Puzzled, FOX 2000's Chasing Papi and Universal's Bring It On Again. Bryce currently resides in Hollywood. When not working, he spends time playing his favorite sportsgolf, beach volleyball and football. |
